Join the excitement and follow along on this entertainment-inspired tour to take in all the exciting film and music attractions throughout Georgia!

Day 1-3 - Arrive in Atlanta, pick up hire car and stay for three nights. 
Explore Atlanta, including World of Coca-Cola and the CNN Center, the world’s largest television network and enjoy great shopping restaurants and nightlife.

Gibbs Gardens 
Explore the beautiful Gibbs Gardens, which doubles as Heaven from the faith-based feature film Miracles from Heaven starring Jennifer Garner.

Lunch & Tour Atlanta History Center
Featured in popular The Hunger Games series, the Swan House at the Atlanta History Center served as the capital in the films Catching Fire and Mockingjay Part II.

Day 4 - Drive from Atlanta to Madison (approx. 60 miles)
Madison is Georgia's ‘authentic Southern town’ with an array of local dining options, more than 45 unique shops and more than 160 antique dealers. It was voted in the top 10 of Southern Living’s South’s Best Small Towns in 2017. Located on Georgia’s 100 mile Antebellum Trail, Madison's pre Civil War and Victorian homes, as well as its tastefully restored downtown are testament to why it escaped Yankee General Sherman's burning march through Georgia.

Blue Willow Inn     
The internationally acclaimed Blue Willow Inn Restaurant is located in the historic district of Social Circle in a turn-of-the-century Greek Revival mansion. Also, it has been featured on Food Network's Bodacious Buffets.

Downtown Madison & Heritage Hall
This town doubles as Madison, Delaware, in Jack Black's Goosebumps movie. You are invited to shop, dine and explore what filmmakers love about the beautiful downtown Madison. Be sure to also explore Heritage Hall, the Greek Revival home built in 1811 also showcased in the Goosebumps film.

Day 5 - Drive from Madison to Augusta (approx. 92 miles)
History comes alive at the Augusta Museum of History, the Augusta Canal Discovery Center and the Boyhood Home of President Woodrow Wilson. Enjoy a nature ride through Phinizy Swamp Nature Park or explore the Augusta Canal National Heritage area during one of their daily boat tours offered year-round. Immerse yourself in art and culture at the Morris Museum of Art or at live performances at the historic Imperial Theatre or Le Chat Noir.

Shop in locally owned boutiques and stores along Broad Street, in the historic Summerville neighborhood and in Surrey Center. Eat at Augusta's best locally owned restaurants and enjoy classic Southern fare, tapas with an international twist, gourmet burgers and farm-to-table dishes.

Augusta Museum of History
Enjoy an up-close look at The Godfather of Soul James Brown's stage costumes and memorabilia. The museum also presents exhibitions on topics relating to the people and events of the Central Savannah River Region. From early Native Americans to James Brown, Augusta's history is brimming with the people and the forces that make Augusta a historical journey worth taking. 

Augusta Canal & Long Boat Ride
Enjoy a variety of boat tour options, which include a delightful Moonlight Music Cruise! Relish a variety of live music from blues to bluegrass. You can also bring aboard refreshments of your choice. The United States Congress designated the Augusta Canal and adjacent land a National Heritage Area in 1996.

Day 6-7 - Drive from Augusta to Athens (approx. 95 miles)
Take a hip trip to Athens, Georgia! The eclectic college town of Athens is 61 miles northeast of Atlanta, nestled just below the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. A vibrant, restored Victorian-era downtown teems with art galleries, trendy shops, world-renowned nightclubs and distinctive dining. Historic architecture and impressive gardens complete the unique blend of traditional heritage and trend-setting southern culture. The vibe and energy that gave birth to R.E.M and the B-52’s are alive and well today!

Georgia Museum of Art 
Tour the official art museum of the state of Georgia where admission is always free. The museum occupies a contemporary building in the Performing and Visual Arts Complex on the University of Georgia’s East Campus.

Lunch at the Last Resort
Known as the "last resort" for bands looking to play in Athens, the former nightlife spot became a restaurant in the 90s.

Dinner at The National
Known from Bravo's Top Chef, Hugh Acheson serves up a variety of culinary delights.

Music & Overnight at the Foundry
The Foundry live music venue is a blend of old and new: vintage modern decor in the oldest building on the Graduate Athens property. Listen to live music in pleasant weather. Day 8 - Drive back to Atlanta (approx. 72 miles)
Drop off your hire car in time for your flight back to the UK.
