Arrive Boston for two nights.
Day 2
Spend the day exploring the sights of Boston.
Day 3

Depart Boston for Freeport. Maine has a scenic coast line, fishing villages and many lighthouses. Places of interest include Salem, Portsmouth, Kennebunkport and Portland. Overnight in Freeport.
Day 4
(135 miles)
Drive along the coast to the Acadia National Park. Overnight in Northeast Harbor or Bar Harbor for two nights. The National Park has hiking trails, cycling and riding paths, fabulous scenery and wildlife.
Day 5
Explore Acadia National Park.
Day 6
(195 miles)
Drive to the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Two nights in Jackson or North Conway.
Day 7
White Mountains/Lakes Region. Take a lake cruise, a trip up Mount Washington or go hiking or mountain biking.
Day 8
(111 miles)
Depart Jackson/Conway taking the Kancamagus Scenic Highway, stopping en-route at the Flume Gorge. Continue to Stowe in Vermont for one night.
Day 9
(65 miles)
Spend the day exploring Stowe, visit the nearby Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream Factory, Lake Champlain and the Shelburne Museum. Continue to Woodstock or Killington for one night.
Day 10

Drive South into Massachusetts and the Berkshire Hills, home to many picturesque villages and rolling scenery. Spend the night in Lenox/Stockbridge area.
Day 11

Continue South into Connecticut to Mystic. Overnight in Mystic with its historic seaport, aquarium, shopping and choice of restaurants.
Day 12
(47 miles)
Drive along the southern coast of Connecticut and Rhode Island to Newport, home of many famous mansions. Overnight in Newport.
Day 13
(90 miles)
Spend the final two nights of your New England tour in the Cape Cod area. Overnight in either Dennis, Chatham, Yarmouth or Sandwich. Cape Cod has great beaches and a number of small towns and villages. Boat trips are available out to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Both islands are easy to walk around, so you can leave your car in Hyannis or Falmouth.
Day 14
Drive to the far tip of Cape Cod, Provincetown, admiring the Cape Cod National Seashore en route.
Day 15
(90 miles)
Return to Boston for your flight home.
