NOTIFICATION - The winner will be picked at random on Monday 16th March 2026, and will be announced on both Instagram pages. @Illtakeyoutherethefilm and @travelasulikeit . The winner will receive an official confirmation email from America As You Like It with details on how to redeem the prize.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS - The giveaway is open to UK residents only. Entrants must be 25+ with a full driving licence (1+ year).

FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS’) - ALABAMA COMPETITION ("COMPETITION")

1. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK & Ireland except employees of America As you Like It, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw and competition. 

2. By entering the competition you are confirming the following:

• You are in possession of a valid passport and a current and valid visa or ESTA for entering the USA.

• You are 21 years of age or older and hold a credit card in your name. Where car rental is included as part of the prize, you warrant that you are 25 years of age or older and have a valid driving licence, held for at least 12 months, and that you hold a credit card in your own name.

3. The competition will close for receipt of entries at 23.59 on Sunday 15th March 2026.

4. We need a valid email address in order to contact the winner and only fully completed entries will be valid. 

5. Qualifying customers will be entered into our prize draw, which will be drawn at random, once the competition has ended. 

6. Only one entry per household.

7. The judge's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

8. If the winner does not respond within 7 days from the date of the notification, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected at random. If the winner rejects their prize or if their entry is invalid, the prize will be forfeited and we will select another winner at random.

9. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday or combined with any other offer, promotions or discount. 

10. The holiday prize comprises:

11. The prize is subject to availability availability (excluding peak season and holiday dates), for travel before 31 March 2027, book by 31 December 2026.

12. Once the air tickets are booked, no name or date changes are possible.

13. This promotion will be governed by English law and the English courts have jurisdiction to hear any disputes in relation to it. 

14. The promoter of this promotion is Alabama Travel. 

15. The prize excludes:

• Any form of travel or medical insurance.

• Any accommodation in the USA or in UK pre or post flight.

• Any personal expenses and spending money.

• UK transfers to and from the airport. 

16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances America As You Like It or Alabama Travel reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

17. By entering our draw, you will be given the option to opt in to receive marketing communication from America As You Like It and Alabama Travel who will not market to you without obtaining your express permission. 

18. We will not pass your details to a third party without obtaining your express permission.

19. The winner must agree to have his/her name published as the winner of the competition and to be photographed for promotional purposes, if requested. We will not post the winning address publicly but we may use your first name and the name of the area, for advertising purposes.
