Park Entrance Fees

USA National Park Entrance Fee Changes for 2026

Effective 1 January 2026, changes have been made to the pricing structure of the US National Park entrance fees. In most instances we would recommend that non-U.S. resident visitors to the National Parks purchase an America the Beautiful Annual Pass. The cost of the pass is $250, which provides entry to all U.S. National Parks as well as many federal recreation sites, for all travellers in a non-commercial vehicle, such as a rental car, or on two motorbikes. This pass is valid for 12 months.

Without an annual pass, international visitors will pay standard park admission fees — for example, currently $35 per vehicle at Grand Canyon and Yosemite — plus an additional $100 per person, per park, making the annual pass the most cost-effective option.

The additional $100 per person fee will apply at the following parks:

• Acadia National Park
• Bryce Canyon National Park
• Everglades National Park
• Glacier National Park
• Grand Canyon National Park
• Grand Teton National Park
• Rocky Mountain National Park
• Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks
• Yellowstone National Park
• Yosemite National Park
• Zion National Park

How to Purchase the Annual Pass?
You can buy the digital non-US resident America the Beautiful National Parks annual pass online at https://www.recreation.gov/interagency-pass/types/nonresident#overview. This can be downloaded and stored on your mobile phone. Once saved on your phone, you do not need internet access to view it, so it can be shown in any locations you may be visiting. You can also print a hard copy to take with you.
The pass can also be purchased at the main entrances to all of the major parks.
