Day 1 – Fly to Atlanta, stay 2 nights
Explore Atlanta, including World of Coca-Cola and enjoy great shopping restaurants and nightlife.

Day 2 – Drive to Macon (approx. 85 miles), stay 1 night
Spend the day in Macon, home of the Georgia Music Hall of Fame and the Tubman African-American Museum.

Day 3 – Drive to Savannah (approx. 166 miles), stay 2 nights
Head southeast to the charming port city of Savannah. Take a carriage tour through the gracious squares of one of the South’s most beautifully preserved 18th century cities. Visit the museums, browse in the shops and dine in one of the many restaurants.

Day 5 – Drive to Charleston (approx. 110 miles), stay 2 nights
On your way stop at Hilton Head for lunch. This popular year round resort offers 12 miles of beach and is also well known for its golf and tennis facilities. Continue on to Charleston, one of the South's best preserved cities. Make sure you visit Pawley's Island and some of the nearby plantation homes, as well as enjoying the restored historic district and waterfront mansions of this beautiful city.

Day 7 – Drive to Myrtle Beach (approx. 95 miles), stay 2 nights
Enjoy a dose of Southern hospitality – Myrtle Beach style, with 60 miles of sunny beaches, golf courses, great restaurants, theatre and live entertainment.

Day 9 – Drive to Wilmington (approx. 75 miles), stay 1 night
Spend one night in the Wilmington area. Enjoy the beautiful beaches, historic riverfront district and outdoor activities that make this area so popular with visitors.

Day 10 – Drive to the Outer Banks (approx. 260 miles), stay 3 nights in a private home
Home of the Wright Brothers National Memorial, wide sandy beaches, great fishing, the Outer Banks is a great place to enjoy the coast.

Day 13 – Drive to Raleigh (approx. 220 miles), stay 1 night
Stay one night in the capital, education and cultural centre of North Carolina. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, whether you are looking for urban sightseeing or outdoor activities, you will find it in the Raleigh area.
